You’re a highly organized, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-moving environments. You know how to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you’re comfortable working with multiple personalities across departments. You enjoy optimizing processes, managing complex data, and supporting sales teams so they can focus on what they do best, closing deals.

A Day in the Life

  • Managing workflows between enterprise and consumer sales, ensuring projects and orders stay on track.
  • Supporting the sales team with reporting, data management, and CRM upkeep.
  • Coordinating with Purchasing to cost out parts and with Marketing to align on enterprise and consumer launches.
  • Assisting with RFPs and government contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Creating on-demand reports and analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Helping set up demos, events, and other customer-facing initiatives alongside sales and marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the anchor role between sales, operations, purchasing, and marketing.
  • Track and manage enterprise pipeline progress while maintaining updates on the consumer side.
  • Support the development of sales processes, communication protocols, and reporting structures.
  • Work directly with customers when needed to clarify order requirements, parts lists, and terms.
  • Support government contract processes, RFP responses, and compliance documentation.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver reports in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM systems.
  • Identify and close gaps in information to ensure smooth handoffs between teams.

Requirements

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

  • Strong experience with Google Sheets and Excel (reporting, pivot tables, analysis).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data, workflows, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive presence and confidence in working with leadership and customers.
  • Government contracting or RFP experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or other ERP/e-commerce platforms.
  • Background in creating or optimizing sales processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and government procurement timelines.
  • Knowledge of FPV, drones, aerospace or electronics, is a nice to have .

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days – Learn our sales processes, systems, and pipelines; build relationships across teams.
First 90 Days – Establish reporting workflows, optimize sales-to-ops communication, and support enterprise opportunities.
First 6 Months – Deliver consistent reporting and processes that allow the sales team to focus more on selling and less on admin.
First Year – Serve as the backbone of sales operations, ensuring smooth enterprise and consumer workflows while driving process improvements.
