A Brief Overview
In collaboration with Market Development Directors, the Senior Manager, Market Development and Outreach will lead the development and analysis of prioritized initiatives. Work includes obtaining, analyzing and compiling necessary data and reports to support the market development team activities and close collaboration with operations and business colleagues of various levels across the organization to drive initiatives related to market and business development. The Senior Manager will support activities related to the socialization, approval, and implementation of initiatives as appropriate.

What you will do
- Lead the development and evaluation of assigned initiatives in support of identified organizational priorities.
- Access, utilize, and evaluate internal and external data in conjunction with the development and ongoing monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate collaborative development with other internal functions such as Digital Health, Marketing, Contracts, Finance and Operations as necessary.
- Facilitate collaborative development with external partners as necessary.
- Lead and/or support identified strategies to achieve growth in volume, improve quality and service and/or reduces expenses.
- Develop and monitor market dynamics, new programs, business development opportunities in target specialties and geographies.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide development activities; create materials and socialize findings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and advance objectives.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university Master’s degree in a health care related field preferred
Experience Qualifications
- With a Bachelor’s degree, five years and with a Master’s degree, three years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience managing and leading programs, work units or departments of comparable size, scope and complexity
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through a collaborative development process.
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written means, including the development and delivery of presentations, reports and white papers.
- Ability to structure and conduct data and financial analyses, including knowledge of financial systems and analytic tools.
- Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus.
- Experience navigating complex organizations, including knowledge of AMC and community healthcare system dynamics.
