Sales & Events Specialist

MMI Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Sales and Events Specialist for the James Madison Inn located in Madison, GA. The ideal candidate will have a professional background with at least two (2) years of hotel experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience along with event management. 

This position aids the hotel general manager and is the main point of contact for all James Madison Events. We are looking for someone to not only continue our tradition of excellence, but to improve the guest experience. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of events, including but not limited to; serving as the main point of contact for group functions, ensuring contracts are executed by clients, prospecting and calling potential clients, and ensuring guest satisfaction is met.
