Are you committed to ensuring legal compliance and supporting operational teams?</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><em>So you could be our new...</em></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Senior Legal Advisor</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>In your role of Senior Legal Advisor, You will be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with country and factories management at SKF sites (Sopot, Karnare, Kalofer) and external partners to ensure legal integrity in all aspects of our operations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide legal support on corporate, trade law and tax insurance law</li> <li>Draft, review, and manage agreements with suppliers, partners, and employees</li> <li>Conducting meetings with the management board and supervisory board</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Bulgarian legislation and internal standards</li> <li>Liaise with external legal advisors when needed</li> <li>Conduct internal training on legal topics and participate in audits and investigations</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes collaborating with Group Legal</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements </strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in Law</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial or corporate environment</li> <li>Solid knowledge corporate, trade law and tax insurance law</li> <li>Regular traveling to our factories in Sopot, Karnare and Kalofer</li> <li>Proficient in both communication and negotiation techniques</li> <li>Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>SKF is committed to creating a diverse environment, and we firmly </em><em>believe that a diverse workforce is essential for our continued success.
