Summary:
CFE The Part-Time Event Data Assistant is responsible for all aspects of collecting and tracking data on the programs and events of the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE). In consultation with the Assistant Vice Provost, the position creates, updates, and tests CFE’s SharePoint-based event registration and attendance database; manages attendance tracking and creates data dashboards of the attendance patterns at all of our programs; as well as creates, disseminates, and summarizes feedback surveys and evaluations of all CFE events.
CFE hosts three big conferences and up to 50 additional events per year, and the Event Data Assistant creates, updates, and tests all SharePoint- and Qualtrics-based event registration systems, as well as consolidates registrations into our customer relations database on SharePoint. With the goal of tracking all attendance points at our events, the Event Data Assistant manages systems for recording and transferring attendance records into the customer relations database, as well as creates, disseminates, and summarizes feedback surveys and evaluations for all events. Concluding each academic year, the Event Data Assistant coordinates the collection of data and other information from CFE staff, and designs and summarizes this information into CFE’s Annual Report.
Essential Functions:

Manages attendance tracking and creates data dashboards of the attendance patterns at all of our programs.
Creates, disseminates, and summarizes feedback surveys and evaluations of all CFE events.
Other duties assigned.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-time.
20 hours per week.
Salary Range:
$18.40 per hour.
