About the role

The Gen AI Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving partner marketing initiatives with a focus on maximizing business impact across North America (NAMER) region for Generative AI.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive strategic marketing initiatives while working with multiple stakeholders across the AWS ecosystem.

This role may sit in one of the follow US-based locations: Arlington, VA, USA | Austin, TX, USA | Bellevue, WA, USA | Boston, MA, USA | Chicago, IL, USA | New York, NY, USA | San Francisco, CA, USA | Santa Monica, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA

Relocation offered to these locations only from within the USA only.

Role requires in office collaboration.

Key job responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with NAMER Partner Management, Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, Foster trust and collaboration
Reporting and Presenting

2. Develop comprehensive performance reports covering: Partner Marketing Performance metrics
Partner Activity Tracking, AWS Program Integration
Event Participation, Build/Manage Programs
Analyze marketing activities and performance, Identify opportunities for additional investment, Build business cases for new programs, Oversee program execution, Activation/Enablement
Create and implement partner activation playbooks
Enable partners with messaging and best practices
Provide support through 3rd party agencies

Basic Qualifications


- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
