THE JOB:

As a Cook, you will be responsible for skillfully applying culinary techniques. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:
$19.88 hourly

THE STARTING RATE:

The shift assigned to this position is Wednesday- Sunday 6:00pm-2:45am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Know your ingredients and cook with skill.
• Use kitchen tools safely and correctly.
• Keep kitchen supplies and food stocked for service.
• Label and date food to keep it safe and fresh.
• Know the menu well and make sure plates look great.
• Help kitchen leaders and team during service.
• Be good at making basic sauces, stocks, and soups.
• Work as a team and assist with guest needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• At least 6 months experience in customer service
• Preferred 1 year experience as a line cook
• Food handling experience

The starting rate for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
