As Chief of Staff to the President & Co-Founder, you will be a strategic right hand, driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and accelerating execution across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical and execution skills, and can proactively identify and solve business challenges.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn, take on responsibility, and make an immediate impact. While prior experience in consulting, banking, startups, or operations is a plus, we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, a bias toward action, and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between teams to streamline communication, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep initiatives on track.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Identify challenges, gather insights, and propose solutions to drive company growth and efficiency.
• Data & Insights: Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimize operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems that enhance productivity across departments.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives, whether it’s launching a new internal program, optimizing workflows, or exploring new business opportunities.
• Communication & Alignment: Ensure leadership is aligned on priorities, keeping teams informed and accountable.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with external partners, investors, and key stakeholders to advance business objectives.
• Interview & Panel Preparation: Support the President & Co-Founder in preparing for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements to maximize impact.
• Inbox & Opportunity Management: Oversee inbox communications to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, ensuring strategic follow-ups (day-to-day scheduling and inbox management handled by admin).

We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. 

New York Pay Range$120,000—$140,000 USD
