A day in the life.  

As our Project Analyst, you’ll help to implement MMA Private Client Services technology- and process-based solutions by determining the requirements for a project or program, analyzing and documenting them, and communicating them to stakeholders. This key position contributes to delivering PCS projects ranging from business-as-usual activities such as large client onboarding, to strategic initiatives such as new or enhanced technology. The role acts as an intermediary between technical teams and business functional and product owners. On any given assignment this role could serve as a project manager, a business analyst, or both on smaller projects. With a few years of experience, a Project Analyst is still growing as an individual contributor, but can tackle problems and get the job done, sometimes with guidance from senior team members. 

 

Job Description: 

• Translates MMA Private Client Services business strategies and objectives into business requirements. 

• Identifies, verifies and documents functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools. 

• Test and analyze final requirements. 

• Ensures requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation. 

• Manage data and reporting requests. 

• Identifies, develops, and recommends the resources to complete the project. 

• Manages small, routine projects or a piece of a larger project end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.  

• Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project. 

• Monitors progress and performance against the project plan and takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

Qualification:  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Previous Insurance experience a plus

Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in SmartSheet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed
