At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.</p><p><br/></p><p> We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong> to join our <strong>IT </strong>team part of our Central Faction Division in our Athens Offices. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your role will encompass:</strong></p><ul><li>Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats</li></ul><ul><li>Challenges, captures and articulates requirements according to the quality standards operating within the team.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitors, reviews or develops RFPs/RFIs, leads or supports (as needed) the development of proposals through its various phases and review teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains and manages the project backlog to ensure priorities are agreed and clear with all business division</li></ul><ul><li>Liaises with all parties involved to ensure successful delivery</li></ul><ul><li>Assists and supports QAT and UAT</li></ul><ul><li>Ensures agreed analysis deliverables are prepared according to projects’ deadlines</li></ul><ul><li>Mediates and resolves issues as and when they arise</li></ul><ul><li>Identifies areas where we can improve the analysis and delivery capabilities of the wider team</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you bring to the role:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field</li> <li>Master’s degree would be considered an asset</li> </ul><ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in the commodities or general retail services sector</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication in English language </li> </ul><ul><li>Experience in Microsoft SQL</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in stakeholder management</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable working within a full project life cycle from initiation through to delivery</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with an agile methodology would be an advantage</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><ul><li>Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive</li></ul><ul><li>Keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Benefits:</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive remuneration package</li> <li>Group Health Insurance program</li> <li>Pension Plan</li> <li>Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>Follow us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/mytilineos-holdings-s--a-/mycompany/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">LinkedIn</a> and stay updated on our latest news<br/></p><p>We respect your personal data.
