We’re actively hiring a Management Trainee for an exciting entry-level opportunity. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn team leadership, event coordination, and strategic marketing while building a long-term career in business and operations management.
Position Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our leadership team to learn the core functions of marketing, operations, and team development. You’ll be given real responsibilities from day one, including planning and executing local marketing events, managing small teams, and contributing to campaign strategy. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day business operations alongside senior managers
Assist in the planning and execution of event-based marketing campaigns
Help design and implement customer outreach strategies to increase brand exposure
Lead, motivate, and mentor small teams during campaign execution
Coordinate logistics and provide on-site event support to ensure high-quality delivery
Track and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Contribute ideas in team meetings for improving processes and campaign effectiveness
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications:
Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Positive attitude with a passion for marketing, business development, and team building
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or team leadership is a plus—but not required
Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
