Job Description
Overview:
The Senior Associate, Commerce Media Strategy will reside within the media pillar of Publicis Commerce. They are responsible for working with the various Publicis media and experience agencies (Spark, Starcom, Zenith, Digitas, Arc, Saatchi X, etc) to support the SVP, Retail Media and Manager, Omnichannel at Publicis Commerce.
Role Objectives:
- Build understanding of the retail media and adjacent (social, cart add) landscape and fast-moving digital trends
- Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners (vendor and retail) to drive our Commerce business
- Partner with day-to-day agency leads to provide support on status documents, scoping overviews, and agency requests
- Anticipate and help compile reference documents (comparison/capabilities, etc.)
- Attend virtual industry events and trainings on commerce topics and organize learnings for distribution
- Manage internal library consisting of retail media, 3rd party partners, and resource materials
- Partner with Commerce Strategy, Retail Media, and Marketplace colleagues to package turnkey commerce solutions inclusive of competitive analysis, playbooks, comparison charts and other collateral
- Help manage US commerce content needs in partnership with Commerce New Business
Qualifications
- Experience in shopper marketing, digital media, and/or strategy
- A basic media planning background; digital planning capability, including Amazon or other retailers is a plus
- Enthusiasm for performance marketing, new platforms, and the exciting world of eCommerce and emerging platforms.
- High versatility and agility to work on projects across industries, markets, and agencies
- Excellent project-management skills; highly organized, and detail-orientated, able to manage multiple projects & stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
- Can work successfully within a team as well as independently

Compensation Range: $ 64,500 - $101,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
