Senior Scrum Master for GDC IT Engineering Practices & Services

<p><strong>Division</strong>: GDC</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role:</strong></p> <p>Specific</p> <ul> <li>Play the role of Scrum master for two squads :  <ol> <li>Practice Management squad composed of practice leads managing “Engineering practices” for the Group Digital Capabilities division </li> <li>Orchestration squad composed of Epic Delivery Owners leading a set of IT4IT projects for the whole division </li> </ol></li> <li>Lead potentially some improvement initiatives in support of the practice management squad</li> <li>Support the orchestration squad to harmonize their way of working</li> <li>Help the squads in improving its visibility on the value delivered</li> <li>Guide the squads in applying agile practices in an efficient way taking into account their specificities</li> </ul> <p>Generic</p> <ul> <li>Provide overall guidance for team to adhere to Agile principles and practices.</li> <li>Guide an Agile team to efficiently deliver high value products</li> <li>Coach the Agile team to adapt to an environment where Agile is not fully deployed/understood.</li> <li>Increase efficiency of Agile team though: organizing/facilitating scrum events &amp; decision-making processes (sprint and release planning, identification of tasks, sizing effort, progress reporting, demo and retrospective), removing impediments (managing conflicting interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks and adjusting scope, etc.)</li> <li>Facilitate team transparency and share progress using the appropriate communication channels.</li> <li>Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve (quality, productivity).</li> <li>Coach the team to be self-organized and cross-functionality as well as to adopt of Agile practices</li> <li>Collect and analyzes team KPIs (velocity, ...)</li> <li>Follow-up, report and contribute to risks management (e.g. compliance, security, procurement/finance)</li> <li>Ensure that deliverables follow guidelines and standards (e.g. documentation)</li> <li>Conduct the team's planning sessions and translates them into capability plans</li> <li>Provide guidelines to Product Owner to take on the PO role and manage the Product Backlog (with dependencies, ambiguity, volatility, architectural and infrastructural complexity)</li> <li>Share impediments and corrective actions to Agile CoE</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p> <p>Experience &amp; Background</p> <ul> <li>3–5 years working as a Scrum Master</li> <li>Proven track record in Agile environments, ideally with project management background</li> <li>Experience in financial services or complex enterprise environments is a plus</li> </ul> <p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology</li> <li>Strong facilitation and coaching skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal maturity</li> <li>Ability to remove impediments and foster self-organizing teams</li> <li>Servant leadership mindset and proactive attitude</li> </ul> <p>Soft Skills</p> <ul> <li>Courage, openness, and resilience under pressure</li> <li>Ability to build trust and strong relationships</li> <li>Analytical thinking and adaptability to change</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p><b>Why join us</b></p> <p>Embark on your new adventure at Euroclear, and work at the heart of the global capital markets.
