Senior Director, Technology Operations - Transformation and Change Management

What you'll do...

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Director of Transformation and Change Management to oversee the development and execution of the technology operating model for our international portfolio. This senior leader will be responsible for shaping and executing an integrated operating model aligned with our current technology strategy, long-range plan, and future ambitions. The role will focus on enhancing our ways of working and cost structure while ensuring seamless connection between our international markets and the enterprise-level technology organization. This role will also ensure a strong change management strategy to enable the successful adoption of the operating model.

What You'll Do:

Operating Model Strategy ; Design:

Design and implement a future-focused technology operating model that aligns with the companys technology strategy, long-range plan, and future ambitions.

Define the structure, governance, and processes that connect international markets to the enterprise operating model, ensuring consistency while enabling local market agility.

Establish clear frameworks to optimize technology delivery, innovation, and cost efficiency across regions.

Transformation Leadership:

Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive large-scale transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

Partner with senior leaders across technology, product management, business units, and markets to shape and deliver change programs that improve operational effectiveness and accelerate growth.

Identify and address structural and operational gaps, ensuring the successful evolution of the technology function.

Change Management:

Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure the adoption and sustainability of the new technology operating model.

Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive awareness, alignment, and commitment across international markets.

Implement mechanisms to monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, adapting approaches as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Support leaders and teams through the change journey by providing tools, resources, and frameworks that facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.

Foster a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement across the technology organization.

Process Optimization and Ways of Working Innovation:

Assess opportunities to improve and automate processes aligned with our fit-for-purpose operating model.

Develop and implement new ways of working that promote collaboration, agility, and efficiency across the international technology organization.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by embedding lean processes and best practices.

Ensure effective knowledge sharing and collaboration between international markets and the enterprise technology team.

Cost Structure Optimization:

Define and implement strategies to optimize the cost structure while maintaining delivery excellence.

Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to align operational efficiencies with financial objectives.

Drive financial transparency and accountability across international technology programs.

Stakeholder Engagement ; Communication:

Collaborate with executive leadership across the CTO organization, business units, and international markets to ensure alignment and successful execution of the transformation strategy.

Communicate the vision, roadmap, and progress of the transformation initiatives to senior stakeholders and the broader organization.

Build strong partnerships to drive buy-in and sustain long-term change.
