James Martin Vanities is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Master Data Operator.

This is a Hybrid role based out of South Bend, IN, in accordance with the James Martin Vanities Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

  • Check and respond to emails from customers regarding new PO’s received
  • Enter new orders
  • Provide freight quotes
  • Confirm order availability by warehouse
  • Email customers on order discrepancies: pricing, wrong skus, addresses, etc
  • Email customers on payments needed for pending orders
  • Process payments for pending orders
  • Update orders when change requests are received
  • Assist with inventory inquiries
  • Assist with cancellation requests
  • Email order confirmations
  • Work on the Open Order Report – Update status changes in E21
  • Email updated ETA’s to customers
  • Accurately communicate with Customers on Order Status and Backorder Updates
  • Maintaining files and accurate records as required
  • Maintain good customer and sales relations
  • Gather required data for quote preparation
  • Answer incoming phone calls & emails
  • Contact sales associates for clarity on orders
  • Contact and resolve any open items or issues that are outstanding on customers PO’s
  • In addition to the essential job functions described above, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • Computer experience with Outlook and Excel are required
  • Ten Key data entry experience is required
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to change

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $19.04

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
