The Canopy Philadelphia has a great opurtunity for A Full time Position available for a energetic induvial who pays attention to Detail  and takes pride in their work,  we offer Travel Benefits and Health Insurance and continuing education and  much more. 

Must have HVAC Certification and some experience with electricity and the willingness to learn.

 

• Maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• Documenting work performed for record-keeping.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC system maintenance.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Electric
• Certifications

Qualifications

• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment. • HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills. • Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper. • Certification in pool operation preferred. • Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Preventive maintenance background preferred. • Read, write and understand English.
