with a single, clear mission: To be the best plumbing company you have ever

We are looking for a Master Plumber to be our first key hire. This isn't

who knows what makes a plumbing job "great" versus "miserable" and wants to help us
build a culture that respects the trade.

Your Role
● Perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations across the
Greater Memphis area.
● Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and offer honest solutions to homeowners.
● Consult on Operations: Give direct feedback to ownership on truck inventory,
scheduling, and workflow. We want to know what you need to succeed.
● Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
● Mentor apprentices and help set the technical standard for the company.

Who You Are

● You have your TN Master Plumber License.
● You have excellent residential service experience.
● You have an opinion. You know what works and what doesn't in this industry,
and you want to work for a boss who actually listens to that insight.
● You take pride in your craftsmanship and appearance.
● You have a clean driving record and can pass a background check.
