Description:

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays

Responsible to assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate new and ongoing educational programs that support life-long learning and professional growth for colleagues, healthcare providers and external learners.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in health or education related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:  Adult education, instructional design, and use of a variety of teaching techniques and strategies preferred.

Special Skills and Competencies: Strong technology skills including software ie: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AV equipment. Excellent collaboration, organizational and management skills. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and written skills. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships. Ability to be involved in multiple projects simultaneously and succeed in an environment of competing priorities. High degree of initiative and judgment. Ability to work flexible hours. May require after business hours, weekends, and travel.
