What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet and check-in guests, handle special requests, and provide knowledge about the hotel and local area. You’ll ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for.
• Be a Problem-Solver: Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude and determination. Your ability to recover from challenges is key to our success.
• Foster Inclusion & Respect: Treat every guest and associate with fairness and dignity, and encourage equal access to opportunities for all.
• Contribute to Innovation: Become an expert on the local area and be ready to share your knowledge with guests, enhancing their stay with personalized recommendations.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and assist with other roles like Shuttle Driver and Concierge Attendant when needed.

• Clear Communication: Your excellent verbal and written skills will help you connect with both guests and teammates. An outgoing personality is key!
• Tech-Savvy: You’ll be working with our Property Management System, so quick adaptability to new software is essential.
• Physical Stamina: This role requires standing for long periods during your shift—so a willingness to be active is a must.
• Flexibility: Our hotel operates 24/7, so flexibility in your schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, is essential.
