This role offers the chance to influence strategic direction while staying hands-on in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of advanced Tabular data models to address company-wide analytical needs.</li><li>Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards for actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives.</li><li>Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for senior leadership.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, with a strong record of leading analytics projects.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, including building scalable and efficient semantic models; experience with Databricks is a plus.</li><li>Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, combined with strong statistical and numerical analysis capabilities.</li><li>Effective communicator and natural leader, passionate about mentoring others and translating complex data insights into strategic business impact across teams.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li><strong>Sports</strong>: Stay healthy.
