Description

We are looking for a Community Manager for our two major projects – Idle Lumber Empire and Gold & Goblins.

In this role, you’ll work closely with game studios worldwide, helping shape and lead community strategies, with plenty of creative freedom and trust to make your mark.

If you know how to build and grow gaming communities on social media, have hands-on experience, and love working with content creators and influencers, this one’s for you! 

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage project pages across social media and online platforms
• Analyze player behavior both on official channels and in-game
• Plan, create, and publish content independently
• Use community analytics to track performance and monitor key engagement metrics
• Gather and process player feedback to inform decisions
• Coordinate volunteers and manage external teams

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in community management
• Working with cross-functional teams (Player Support, QA, Product, etc.)
• A passionate gamer with a broad knowledge of different genres
• Skilled at writing clear how-to guides and fun, engaging content
• Experience hosting and organizing live streams and online events
• Able to plan and run player activities like contests, challenges, and giveaways
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
• Deep understanding of the mobile games market and current industry trends (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Western pop culture, memes, and online communication styles (nice to have)
