Bench General Manager (Mission Valley)

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? Luna Grill is looking for a passionate and energetic Bench General Manager to oversee operations and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests!

What You’ll Do:

• Builds a team of top performers by coaching and developing future leaders; by providing clear, consistent direction, clear performance feedback and recognizing individual and team contributions
• Ensures that all team members are properly trained, and coaching, counseling, and performance feedback is provided on a regular and timely basis
• Makes personnel decisions regarding transfers, promotions, terminations and other employment decisions and obtains approval as necessary
• Listens to team member suggestions for improving how work is done and guests are served.
• Ensures all team members understand their roles & responsibilities


LUN-A-TIC Qualifications:

• Possess and instill high quality standards for production and guest service.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, organized and efficient. Safety-minded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ability to work productively with little to no supervision. Trustworthy and reliable.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Computer literate using Microsoft Office. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred - must be able to communicate (speak, read, write) in the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years restaurant experience (knowledge of both the BOH and FOH is strongly preferred) Luna Grill experience is ideal.
• Three (3) Years Supervisory/ Management Experience strongly preferred.
