Position Requirements:

         

• Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience. Manufactuirng experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Understand and follow directions
• Operate or work from elevated work surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
• Must wear required safety equipment (PPE)
• Must work around heavy machinery
• Operarate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty, dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Must undergo an initial drug screen and periodic drug screens for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
• Participate in 4 week New Hire Integration (NHI) Orientation (classroom setting)
• Successful completion of 125 day Probationary period

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift Operator Certification or equivalent experience
• At least one year stores or warehouse/receiving experience
• Basic computer skills

 

 

Mill Operations - You must be able to:

 

• Work some major holidays, weekends, and nights if needed
• Switch between days and nights
• Consider the potential effect on family and the likelihood of missing family events
