Job Summary

Performs diagnostic and/or interventional ultrasound procedures at a technical level requiring independent judgment, under the direction of a qualified physician.
Performs non-invasive vascular testing procedures and writes preliminary interpretations.

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography and/or vascular technology required. Related field or completion of a training program acceptable to their registry board, ARRT or ARDMS. ARRT or ARDMS . Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)

Qualifications:

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) - Certifications - Other/National, Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) - Certifications - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - Certifications - Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - Certifications - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
