A day in the life:

As a Cloud Engineer at our fun and innovative company, we're looking for individuals who bring a passion for cloud technologies and a commitment to excellence. Your ability to design scalable and secure cloud architectures and hands-on experience in implementation and deployment will be crucial. In this particular role, you will:

Design, build, and deploy an enterprise NOC/SOC in an AWS Landing Zone.
Design, build, and deploy a secure cloud environment.
Support the migration of their Training Environment in the AWS Landing Zone. This includes deploying multiple containerized software solutions from 3rd party vendors, maintaining EKS clusters, and establishing hybrid networking between on-prem and cloud deployments.
Develop and implement a containerized Landing Zone solution, establishing governance and a secure governance framework for tenant workload management.

What you bring to the table:

All of our cloud engineers need the following skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud.
Cloud/AWS experience includes:
- Infrastructure as code (IaC) - CDK (preferred) or Terraform;
- Programming Languages - Python, Typescript;
- Core services - Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB;
- Security - IAM, VPC, KMOS;
- Networking - routing, security, DNS, Load balancing;
- CI/CD;
