You do so by analyzing how changes will affect our business and identifying, involving and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable the changes needed. And as such, we rely heavily on your ability to inspire, prepare, and mobilize the organization for the changes to come. In doing so, you take</a> the lead by using your change management experience, business acumen and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Further, you will work closely with our business stakeholders and the Release Train management team to set direction for the change management efforts in and across the individual teams.</p> <p> </p> <p> Specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for planning and execution of BCM activities in alignment with IT Strategy    </li> <li>Prepare stakeholder management and end user adoption plans</li> <li>Produce communication materials and facilitate training sessions</li> <li>Prepare Arla leaders for their role in leading the change </li> <li>Lead, coach and inspire your colleagues and support their development </li> <li>Participate in Arla IT’s BCM Communities to spar with colleagues and improve the BCM discipline within Arla IT</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <p>In this role, you will make good use of your strong communication and relationship building skills. At the same time, and because you will be collaborating across the Arla organization, you will need to be skilled in influencing, communicating and working effectively at all levels.<br/> <br/> Moreover, you: </p> <ul> <li>Have a master’s degree or equivalent within IT, Communication, Business Economics or similar </li> <li>Bring at least 5 years of experience from a similar role within change management  </li> <li>Are an experienced people manager or have great aspirations for becoming one </li> <li>Have good IT understanding </li> <li>It will be an advantage if you have experience with working agile </li> <li>You will join an international team working across borders, so fluency in English is a pre-requisite, and experience from working in a multicultural company is an advantage. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What do we offer?</p> <p>The area of modern ways of working is developing fast and we offer you a chance to join a fast-moving department that is constantly developing, inventing new ways to secure business engagement and awareness.
