• Salary range for Production Supervisor  between $75000 to $85000 USD/Year based on skills and experience

• Ensure all compliance and company standards are met
• Focus on strong Health and Safety culture 
• Supporting other departments to ensure that the facility runs effectively 
• Strong Continuous Improvement focus 
• Engage and develop employees

You too, put forward your strengths: 

 

 

• Leader with a focus on servant leadership style approach
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing 
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing or recovery facility an asset
• Able to handle conflict resolution and get buyin from employees on changes 
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
• Understanding of SAP, Excel and other computer systems
