Who will you be joining? 

 

Global P&C is a Group Center of Allianz SE, based in Munich. Mandated to drive P&C profit enhancement globally, Global P&C supports operating entities (OEs) to develop a competitive advantage in their markets, to create a self-sustaining culture of improvement within the Allianz Group, to foster P&C talent development and to enhance Technical Excellence (TEX) in P&C. An international team with diverse backgrounds and extensive experience, Global P&C has 90+ colleagues from over 20 countries.

We are looking for a Working Student to join the Global P&C Head Office. In this position you will have the unique opportunity to support us in preparing a Global Event that brings together the Technical Community of Allianz Worldwide. Additionally, you would build a great understanding of cost controlling on a group center level in a large corporation and you would be able to develop your network. 

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

• Support the Head Office in Event Planning and Preparation of TEX Week
• Support Global P&Cs Cost Controlling
• Participation in simplification and automation initiatives as well as to harmonize and standardize global processes
• Assist in the monthly and annual closing of budget controlling

 

What are you made of? 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

• Enlisted as a student in a University, at least 3rd year of Bachelor or in Master´s studies
• Fluency in English and/or German required, further languages would be highly beneficial
• SAP and MS Excel knowledge preferred
• Good communicator verbal and written
• Strong IT skills preferred
• Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year

• Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
