Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology or equivalent professional work experience (6 years) performing I/O-specific consultation and content development work.
- 3 years of professional experience designing and developing talent management solutions including areas such as conducting job design and analysis, developing performance measurement processes and tools, identifying valid assessments for use in selection, conducting statistical analyses, etc. and
- 2 years professional experience participating on related project teams and/or consulting on the use of related tools and processes
- Be at least 20 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
- knowledge of job analysis and selection and performance evaluation principles, theory, and methodologies and how to apply it to create successful business solutions.
- knowledge of legal standards (i.e., adverse impact) including of Title VII, EEOC Uniform Guidelines, EEO principles and systemic discrimination issues, etc.
- advanced knowledge of HR concepts.
- advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and research design.
- ability and willingness to demonstrate eagerness, enthusiasm, optimism, and passion when working
