We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Webflow Labs team. Webflow Labs is a team within Webflow building new products focused on pushing the boundaries of visual development. We’re hiring technologists and engineers to focus on prototyping new software development workflows and services. One example of this is DevLink, a new tool that enables Webflow to generate React UI components. • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
    • Zone A: $162,500 - $216,050
    • Zone B: $152,700 - $203,100
    • Zone C: $143,00 - $190,150 
  • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
    • CAD 184,600 - CAD 245,500

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll…

• develop new capabilities and extensions on top of the core Webflow product.
• design, scope and implement solutions using a combination of technologies like Javascript, React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, AWS.
• work closely with your team to identify high-impact opportunities.
• drive technical initiatives from execution toward delivery.
• engage in rapid feedback cycles from customers.

About you: 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Software Engineer if you:

• Have 3-5+ years of experience in scalable, multi-tenant environments.
• Have 1+ year of experience owning a larger application or system from roadmapping onward.  
• Are comfortable playing a product manager who can steer the strategic direction of a product
• Have experience working across the full software engineering stack - Frontend, Backend & Infra
• Have experience with cloud services: edge compute, CDNs, distributed data stores
• Have experience working with internet scale architectures and workloads
