Roles and Responsibilities:
Seeking a dynamic Field Quality Technician with strong leadership skills, ability to identify/mitigate risks and develop quality control programs for one of the most advanced semiconductor facilities in the United States. Opportunity to work as part of a diverse Compliance Management team to help strengthen quality culture and improve field work processes for a world leader in manufacturing technology.
• Ability to anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices.
• Develop quality control methods, procedures and programs.
• Implement, administer and advise others on hazard control & quality control programs.
• Works to become familiar with, and strictly adhere to, standard operating procedures, suggesting safety and quality improvements as needed.
• Measure, audit and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control elements.
• Evaluation of regulatory compliance associated with safety & quality programs/policies.
• Supervise contractor work activities from quality perspective.
• Create inspection reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Conduct quality awareness workshops for field technicians.
• Responds to life safety and security alarms conditions
• Able to work overtime in abnormal situations.
• 2+ year experience in industrial operations and maintenance
• Certification, license, Associates degree or military experience in - HVAC, Mechanical, Chemical, I&C (Instrumentation and Controls), Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Fitting, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Facilities Maintenance Technology, Microelectronics, Renewable Energy Technology, Water and Environmental Technology, Water / Purification, In
