To be part of Delphix’s ecosystems team and play a role in advancing and enhancing our hyperscale masking solution and our virtualization connectors 
As a member of the Ecosystems team at Delphix, you will play a key role in expanding our hyperscale masking solution by developing new connectors and enhancing database connectivity for our virtualization product. This role offers a dynamic and varied experience, exposing you to a broad range of technologies, including Kubernetes, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, and Couchbase. You will have regular opportunities to interact with customers, gaining firsthand insights into their needs and contributing to impactful solutions that drive innovation in data management. 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in customer calls with support and product teams to address questions and troubleshoot issues. 
• Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.  Maintain and advocate for these standards through code reviews   
• Work closely with the India engineering team to collaborate on design, development, and innovation efforts. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.   
• 7-10 years of experience developing scalable distributed software solutions  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills since the role involves a lot of customer interaction. 
• Strong coding skills   
• Experience dealing with OLAP and OLTP databases. 
• Strong hands-on programming in Java,Python etc  
• Proven ability in backend or full stack development     
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
