With a proven track record of successful partnerships with top companies, we have rapidly grown our presence in the USA, Europe, and Sweden as a dependable and trusted resource within the IT industry. <br><br>Assignment Description<br><br>We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation IT/OT Specialist<br><br>What You Will Work On<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and evaluate automation opportunities within existing production facilities<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze production equipment and recommend automation improvements<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and propose industrial automation solutions<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare technical documentation and procurement specifications<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support vendor selection and technical evaluations<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and system testing<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support implementation and deployment of DCS-based automation solutions<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluate automation technologies for future production systems<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT/OT teams<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with automation standards and validation requirements<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support system integration and industrial communication solutions<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in change control and documentation activities<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive continuous improvements within automation and OT environments<br><br>What You Bring<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Several years of experience delivering automation solutions in manufacturing environments<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with DCS design, integration, implementation, and commissioning<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good understanding of Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and automation networks<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working in regulated industries with validation and documentation requirements<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with change control and quality documentation<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work across engineering and business teams
