Maintenance Tech

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Tech is responsible for the work of & general maintenance of the grounds, clubhouse and equipment. Individuals of such genres are liable to ensure the proper conducting of all maintenance and service functions in a facility. 

• Reviews and completes work orders assigned by the Supervisor.
• Routinely inspects the community and advises the manager of any issues or makes corrections.
• Makes general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other minor repairs as long as a permit is not required to complete the job.
• Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner.
• Properly performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by manager or supervisor.
• Reports need for major repairs to.
• May be assigned other duties by The Maintenance Supervisor.
• Checks all lighting daily.
• Painting or touch up of all common areas as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots, common areas, and sidewalks.
