We are currently seeking<b> Capital Markets Support Analyst</b> to join our JLL Capital Markets team in Toronto.</p><p></p><p>The selected candidate will primarily be involved with the underwriting of commercial real estate opportunities, while assisting in other day-to-day activities including preparation of proposals and marketing materials, market research, and other due diligence related tasks.</p><p></p><p><i><b>Please note, this is a 1 year fixed-term position with potential to extend/convert to permanent.</b></i></p><p></p><p><b>What your day-to-day will look like:</b></p><ul><li>Critically analyze financial data and review property related documents including budgets, rent rolls, recovery schedules, amortization schedules, and lease documents</li><li>Build and analyze financial models efficiently, utilizing Excel in the underwriting of commercial real estate investment opportunities</li><li>Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables</li><li>Cultivate new leads using various online market research tools</li><li>Analyze public policy, planning and zoning framework in select circumstances</li><li>Prepare and draft proposals and offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits</li><li>Assist with due diligence and closing process for commercial real estate transactions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or related fields</li><li>2+ years of work experience in Finance, Real Estate, AI systems, or technology-driven analytical roles with strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in commercial real estate analysis is preferred but not required for candidates with transferable analytical experience</li><li>Financial analysis and market research experience is required</li><li>Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into relevant and coherent deliverables</li><li>Outstanding computer skills and excellent working knowledge in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required</li><li>Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines</li><li>Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Experience with construction and land financing</li><li>Experience using AI-powered tools for data analysis, market research, or business intelligence applications</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms) for creating professional marketing materials and presentations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technology to enhance productivity and analytical capabilities</li><li>Proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics, infographics, and data visualizations to support client presentations and proposals</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What's In It For You:</b></p><ul><li>Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate</li><li>Deep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your work</li><li>A supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-being</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><p><b><span>Estimated compensation for this position:</span></b> <b><span> </span></b></p><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>65,000.00 – 75,000.00 CAD per year<br/><p><i>This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ.
