You will provide deep financial insights, build best-in-class models, and work cross-functionally to support strategic and operational decision-making.<br/><br/> <br/>You will report directly to the Head of FP&amp;A and collaborate closely with the CFO, Chief Strategy Officer and with teams across Accounting, Data, and the wider business. You will also contribute to the development of scalable systems and processes as we grow.<br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><h3>Your tasks:</h3><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong><ul> <li>Support monthly and quarterly company-wide forecasting processes (Revenue, Margin, OPEX, Cash)</li> <li>Own and build advanced financial models and scenario analyses</li> <li>Monitor actual performance vs. budget, identify drivers and propose actions</li> <li>Contribute to investor-grade dashboards, KPI reporting and management presentations</li> <li>Analyze unit economics and subscription KPIs (e.g. CLV, CAC, churn)</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Strategy, Marketing, Product) on commercial initiatives</li> <li>Support automation and digitization efforts within FP&amp;A</li> </ul> <br/><strong>Strategic Partnering</strong> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing monthly performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders (CFO, C-Suite, Investors)</li> <li>Drive insights into key business trends across P&amp;L, cash flow, and operational KPIs</li> <li>Help optimize cost structures and support operational efficiency initiatives</li> <li>Translate complex data into compelling, actionable recommendations<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/><h3>You bring to Lingoda</h3><ul> <li>Min. 5 years of relevant experience in FP&amp;A, controlling, consulting, Big Four, or investment banking</li> <li>Experience in a PE/VC-backed environment or scale-up is a strong plus</li> <li>Exposure to subscription-based or SaaS businesses is a plus</li> <li>University degree in Finance, Economics, Business</li> <li>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools</li> <li>Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; experience with scenario and cohort analyses</li> <li>Solid understanding of financial statements</li> <li>Proficiency in English and German is required</li> <li>Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven</li> <li>Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels</li> <li>Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Eager to contribute to a top-tier PE-level FP&amp;A function and grow within the team</li> </ul><br/><b
