Because when we bring together diversity of thoughts, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives – we’re able to create a place where everyone feels like they belong. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>Project manager responsible for the overall execution of clinical trial(s); from study concept through study completion.</p><p>May have direct reports and will matrix manage assigned study team(s) to ensure compliance and execution on timelines and deliverables.<br/>Is aware of both internal and external business environments, assesses impact on clinical studies and makes modification as necessary. <br/>Escalates performance issues to management with plans for resolution.</p><p>Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.</p><p>Manages the implementation, on-time execution and conduct of clinical study(ies); including the development of the Study Plan which includes key milestones, timelines; study costs, vendor selection and resource needs as well as ensuring quality and compliance.<br/>Provides input on regulatory documents (e.g., Investigator’s Brochure (IB), CSR, and the IND/DSUR).</p><p>Effectively communicates study progress and actively identifies issues that potentially impact evaluable study data, ethical study conduct and ICH compliance and identify potential interventions or solutions to manage the issues.</p><p></p><p><b>Get to know Syneos Health</b></p><p><br/>Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.</p><p></p><p>No matter what your role is, you’ll take the initiative and challenge the status quo with us in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment.
