About the role
As a Product Owner at myneva, you are the cornerstone of product success by championing user-centred solutions and taking responsibility for product backlogs. Your role is to bridge the gap between complex technical and business requirements and drive the development of software solutions that exceed user needs and expectations.

- Development of a clear product vision focussing on business value and customer benefit
- Translating market trends and customer requirements into product roadmaps, epics and user stories for agile product development
- Management of the product backlog: Processing the content and prioritising the processing
- Collaboration with stakeholders, development, marketing and sales
- At least 5 years of professional experience after completing a degree with a business or IT background
- Relevant experience with agile product management and requirements management
- Interdisciplinary problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative with analytical and conceptual skills
- Good understanding of customer requirements and the ability to communicate these
- An eye for the essentials, quick comprehension and good communication skills
- Advantageous: Expertise in the elderly care sector, including legal requirements and general work processes
- Ideally experience with the operation of care software
- Very good written and spoken German and English (min. language level C1)
