Your Impact at GEICO
As a Field Auto Damage Trainee, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

Compensation & Incentives:
Starting Salary: $25.95 per hour / $52,275 annually.
Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates.

Field Territory:
GEICO Fleet vehicle assigned and responsible for the Boise, ID area.
