At our Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) HUB, we provide essential services across multiple functions, including Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and more.
We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Demand Planning Intern.
About the Program
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in demand planning and analytics within a dynamic, global business environment. You will support the team during a period of increased workload and strategic project implementation, contributing to real business outcomes while developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct support in areas with increased workload, helping the team maintain performance during peak periods
Data analysis ahead of PRE-DR (Demand Review) meetings,
Preparation of presentations of Demand Review for different stakeholders including Site IBP and Pre-DR meetings
Execution of ad hoc analyses, demand related to support decision-making process and meetings
Coordination of the S&OE process with Sales Representatives, Demand Planning, Supply Planning
Cleaning and maintenance of S&OE data based on established rules. Which is related with improving short term demand signal in organization
Investigation of KPI failures (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS), assisting in root cause analysis
Management of forecast in planning tools
About You
You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree (preferred fields of study: Economics, Logistics, Management, Statistics or related).
You are proactive, energetic, and have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with strong initial support.
You are well-organized and have strong communication skills.
You can communicate fluently in English.
You are interested in developing your skills and knowledge in the demand planning or Supply Chain.
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity of Microsoft Outlook.
You are available at least 30 hours/week.
Nice to have skills: VBA , Power BI or Tableau.
Nice to have: SAP, SQL, Python.
