What You Will Do

As our technical writer, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our technical documentation and release notes. You'll be responsible for creating documentation that speaks to our target audience, making our products more accessible and user-friendly. Working closely with developers, product owners and product managers, you'll help us build our knowledge of our products and features, ensuring that our customers have access to the information they need to succeed.

• Plans and develops a wide range of information products for software, including guides, tutorials, Web-based help systems and specifications

• Creates clear, concise, user-oriented documentation

•  Researches, writes, proofreads, edits and may translate end-user manuals and online help

• Creates screenshots and illustrations using graphic tools

• Assists in the design of documentation templates and the development of group’s tools

What Skills & Experiences You Should Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in translation, communication, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of XX years of experience in a technical writing role, or equivalent

• Proven experience delivering high-quality technical documentation and release notes. 

• Ability to consume complex software concepts, terms, and processes and convey them in easy to understand ways that are engaging.

• Strong collaborator that naturally works with and balances requirements and feedback from multiple stakeholders and end users
