Position: Professional Level Program Manager
As a Professional Level Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing cross-functional programs aimed at retiring non-strategic Time-Division Multiplexing (TDM) services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing dynamic and evolving programs. You will work closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that all program objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and identify innovative solutions will be key to the success of these programs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive program plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and key milestones.
- Align program goals with organizational strategies and ensure that all activities support the overarching mission of retiring non-strategic TDM services.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and customer service.
Execution and Implementation:
- Lead the execution of program activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.
- Adapt plans and strategies based on evolving program needs and findings.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and track performance against goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other stakeholders.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring that all teams have the necessary tools, personnel, and support to achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address any resource gaps or needs.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations and customers.
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the program.

- This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
