Job Description

We are seeking a part-time general cleaner to work in our manufacturing facility.  You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.  As cleaner you will be responsible to:

• Clean lint, dust, oil, and grease from machines, overhead pipes, and other production equipment. 
• Clean floors with electric floor scrubber and applies floor drier. Dust mops and wet mops floor areas. 
• Pick up reusable scrap for salvage and stores in containers.
• Clean rooms, hallways, corridors, locker rooms and other work areas. 
• Keep breakroom supplies stocked. 
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets in breakrooms, lab, office and production areas. Place trash and waste in waste compactor. 
• Pick up refuse from plant grounds.

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous cleaning experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Be capable to complete multiple tasks
• Maintain good attendance
