Description

The Regional Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring that both clinical and operational functions run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on patient satisfaction. As a leader in our healthcare team, the Regional Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal patient flow, provider productivity, and staff performance, while maintaining the highest standards of care. The Regional Clinical Manager will also ensure that all services align with our core values emphasizing quality, access, and patient engagement. What You'll Do

  • Directly supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensuring they are trained, supported, and performing effectively.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, minimal wait times, and timely care delivery.
  • Monitor and improve provider productivity while ensuring quality care standards are maintained.
  • Ensure the clinic delivers patient-centered care that prioritizes patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage patient scheduling, communication, and follow-up to optimize care delivery.
  • Address patient and staff concerns in a timely manner to maintain a positive clinic environment.
  • Implement strategies to enhance clinic efficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, procedures, and quality measures.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and the evaluation of clinical outcomes.
  • Prepare for and support regulatory audits, inspections, and reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for improving patient care and operational performance.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for both clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Maintain inventory and manage clinic resources to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers and departments to ensure coordinated care for patients


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage clinic operations, patient flow, and staff performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement initiatives, and patient satisfaction strategies.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office and patient management software


Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis. This position will report to our corporate office at 8880 W Sunset Rd, Suite 320, Las Vegas, NV 89148, and will also be in the field at each clinic location. 
  • The total pay range for this role is: $65,000-70,000 a year. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
