<p><b><span>Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!</span></b></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Responsibilities:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Analyzing data to identify competitive trends, consumer behavior, and portfolio benefits to position branded products effectively.</li><li>Collaborating with Regional and Global teams to provide continuous feedback and optimize product positioning.</li><li>Recommending go-to-market strategies, including pricing, product assortment, and merchandising (both in-store and online).</li><li>Supporting the Head of Marketing in executing PAID and non-PAID media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.</li><li>Developing national and account-specific customer selling stories, coordinating line reviews to drive sales, awareness, and trial.</li><li>Managing the A&amp;P budget, ensuring ROI and effective promotion management.</li><li>Overseeing the digital customer journey across PAID, OWNED, SHARED, and EARNED channels to meet KPIs.</li><li>Monitoring P&amp;L and gross margin mix by product category.</li><li>Ensuring excellent customer care and satisfaction with a “LEARN” approach: Listen, Empathize, Apologize, React, Now.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Qualifications:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.</li><li>5+ years in marketing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.</li><li>Experience managing vendors, agencies, and digital marketing (SEO, media).</li><li>Market insights, IRI/Nielsen analytics, KPIs &amp; P&amp;L understanding.</li><li>Brand, Category &amp; Project Management expertise.</li><li>SAP &amp; Microsoft Office proficiency.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
