Senior Appian Lead Developer - Americas

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and initiatives to deliver outstanding business outcomes 

• Working with our clients to understand their business challenges and define the associated digital platform solutions - undertaking requirements gathering, client interviewing, documentation of processes and process assessment, and effectively communicating these to various audiences 

• Design and implementation of Appian low-code solutions, and organisation models to meet client digital platform needs 

• Analyse a client’s business strategy, their business processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business strategy 

• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution 

• Actively get involved in the new consulting community 

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree e.g. Data Engineering, Data Science, or Similar STEM Degree 

• 
  

Essential:

• Appian Lead Developer certification (legacy L3) 

• SQL and database hands-on experience 

• Business Process Re-engineering and automation experience
