Responsibilities:

• Sales Presentation: Conduct in-home visits to prospective customers, showcasing our products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points in a persuasive manner.
• Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers' requirements, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budget.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, staying updated on features, pricing, and any updates, ensuring accurate and informative presentations.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with customers by demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and integrity, fostering long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, follow up on leads, and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools or other designated systems.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms, guiding customers smoothly through the purchasing process and securing agreements that meet both their needs and company goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales contracts and documentation, maintaining records of sales activities, providing regular reports, and feedback to the sales management team.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Experience: 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Customer-Centric: Your focus is on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Driven & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results.
• Education & Abilities: A college degree or a combination of education and experience, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
