Our Candidate - CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist a wound care provider in various environments including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient's homes throughout the week.   As a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) working at OnSite, you will be serve patients with wound care needs with a team approach.  If you enjoy providing high-level care with a team of nurse practitioners and physicians, this is an excellent opportunity for you. 

Requirements

The Responsibilities - CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

• Round at assigned facilities and support the wound care needs of this fragile population.
• Position patients as directed by the wound provider or nurse
• Directly assist the provider or nurse with supplies and management of supplies
• Other duties as described
• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) License in South Carolina
• 1+ year experience
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic.
