JOB SUMMARY
In collaboration with Health System executive leadership and Home Health Services Medical Director, the Director, Home Health Services is responsible for strategic planning, growth, compliance, and overall administration and oversight of home health care services for UT Southwestern Medical Center. This includes supervision of off site and officebased staff, recruiting and retention, development, and implementation of program policies and procedures.

Must possess leadership skills and management experience, ability to motivate staff, apply critical thinking, and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and the community.
Must be able to fulfill role of Administrator in alignment with State of Texas requirements.
- Licenses and Certifications
(RN) REGISTERED NURSE Must have a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas or multistate compact license Upon Hire or
(PT) PHYSICAL THERAPIST Must have a current, unrestricted PT license in the state of Texas or multistate compact license Upon Hire or
(OTR) OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST Must have a current, unrestricted OT license in the state of Texas or multistate compact license Upon Hire or
Must have a current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of Texas or multistate compact license Upon Hire
(DRIVERS) DRIVERS LICENSE TX Driver's license and proof of driver's insurance
Preferred
- Education
Master's Degree in related field (i.e., MSN, MHA, MBA)
JOB DUTIES
- Plans, implements, and directs the operations and financial management of the assigned home health care services program and portfolio.
- Develops and interprets policies, regulations, procedures, and coordination of services. Ensures program and institutional compliance with regulatory guidance, in collaboration with the UT Southwestern Office of Compliance.
