About the role

Description

Responsible for creating a positive connection with customers and providing administrative support to the Sales team to ensure a smooth and streamlined sales process.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties with respect to Company’s Purpose, Values, Standards & Core Competencies.
  • Manages interactions with potential buyers, ensuring timely and effective coordination on home showings and scheduling.
  • Answers telephone calls, emails from leads, sends applications to potential future owners inquiring about home sales availability, follows up on all email communication that requires a response (Applications/ inquiries).
  • Assists with buyer paperwork, follow-up
  • Maintains sales leads and potential buyer information in CRM
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication - Convey information both orally and written in a timely and clear manner which promotes an accurate understanding on the part of your audience.
  • Time Management - Managing one's own time. A proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in execution of skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Office/clerical experience required; previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly & positive demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment
  • Organizational abilities & strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
  • Dependability with a strong work ethic, reliability & ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Spanish speaking and writing is required
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Eligible to work in the United States
